Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government’s Publication and Building Accessibility Survey

The department has published an accessibility survey that focuses on our accessibility to service users. The survey asks respondents for their views on:

  • the accessibility of our website
  • our digital publications
  • social media channels
  • our buildings.

The purpose of this survey is to learn how we can improve the visual and physical accessibility of our buildings and publications for all service users.

The survey forms part of our communications on accessibility issues. 

We encourage you to complete the survey, and we ask you to share it with others.
